Richmond's City Centre, along No. 3 Road and around the Canada Line, is mostly high-rise and mid-rise condos. Broadmoor, Seafair and Terra Nova are larger detached houses, many with several bathrooms.
Steveston has townhouses, condos and older houses near the village, and Hamilton has newer family homes at the east end of the island.

A standard clean starts at $175 for a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom home in Richmond. A 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is $240 for a standard clean, $385 for a deep clean and $430 for a move-out clean, before GST. That includes the $50 travel charge.
