1. Services

Honourable Cleaning Service ("we," "us," "our") provides residential and commercial cleaning services across the Fraser Valley and Metro Vancouver, BC. By booking a service through our website, phone, or email, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Booking & Pricing

Prices shown on our website and through our instant quote calculator are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking and may vary based on the actual condition and size of your home. We use simple all-in pricing for every city we serve. Rates vary by city, and the quoted total already includes travel to your location. The price shown in the calculator is the price charged; nothing is added on the day.

3. Cancellation Policy

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a booking. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Recurring plans can be paused or cancelled at any time with 24 hours notice before your next scheduled clean.

4. Our Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your clean, contact us within 24 hours and we will send your cleaner back to address any missed areas at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to every booking.

5. Access to Your Home

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to your home at the scheduled appointment time, whether by being present, providing a key, or sharing entry instructions. We are not responsible for delays or missed appointments caused by an inability to access the property.

6. Liability & Insurance

Honourable Cleaning Service carries liability insurance covering our work. Any damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items of unusually high value that were not disclosed prior to service.

7. Recurring plans

Recurring plans (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly) are month-to-month with no minimum term. Each visit is charged at the recurring rate shown when you booked. You can pause, change frequency or cancel at any time by contacting us at least 24 hours before your next scheduled clean.
