1. Services

Honourable Cleaning Service ("we," "us," "our") provides residential and commercial cleaning services across the Fraser Valley and Metro Vancouver, BC. By booking a service through our website, phone, or email, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Booking & Pricing

Prices shown on our website and through our instant quote calculator are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking and may vary based on the actual condition and size of your home. We use simple all-in pricing for every city we serve. Rates vary by city, and the quoted total already includes travel to your location. The price shown in the calculator is the price charged at booking. It assumes a normally kept home; the only thing that can be added on the day is extra time you approve, as explained below.

3. Payment, Cancellation & Refunds

Payment for a one-time clean is taken in full by card when you book. You can cancel or reschedule at no charge with at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled clean, and we will refund your payment in full or move your booking. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Recurring plans are charged per visit, and can be paused or cancelled at any time with 24 hours notice before your next scheduled clean.

Recurring plans. Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly prices are discounted because the visits repeat. Your first visit is paid when you book; after that we book your following visits at the same day and time and charge the card you booked with the day before each one. You can move or cancel any single visit, or stop the plan entirely, from the link in your confirmation email, up to 24 hours before a visit. Recurring prices are lower because more cleans are coming. If you stop the plan before your third visit, the cleans you have already had are re-billed at our one-time rate, and we charge that difference to the card on file. This reverses a discount rather than adding a fee: you never pay more than our normal price for the cleans you received. Cancelling or pausing any single visit is always free with 24 hours notice. We will always contact you before doing so.

Home condition. Our prices are for a home in normal, lived-in condition. Homes that are very cluttered or heavily soiled (for example heavy grease, mould, pet mess, hoarding or construction dust) usually need more time than was booked. Before booking you confirm that you understand this.

Extra time. If your home needs more time than was booked, we will send you the extra hours, the hourly rate and the total (plus GST) by email before doing the extra work. You are only charged if you tap approve; you can decline and we will finish what was booked. Approved extra time is charged to the card you booked with, which Stripe stores securely for this purpose and for recurring visits. We never see or store your card number.

4. Our Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your clean, contact us within 24 hours and we will send your cleaner back to address any missed areas at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to every booking.

5. Access to Your Home

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to your home at the scheduled appointment time, whether by being present, providing a key, or sharing entry instructions. We are not responsible for delays or missed appointments caused by an inability to access the property.

6. Liability & Insurance

Honourable Cleaning Service carries liability insurance covering our work. Any damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items of unusually high value that were not disclosed prior to service.

7. Recurring plans

Recurring plans (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly) are month-to-month with no minimum term. Each visit is charged at the recurring rate shown when you booked. You can pause, change frequency or cancel at any time by contacting us at least 24 hours before your next scheduled clean.
