Two budgeting tips. First, compare the monthly cost, not the per-visit price: bi-weekly at $123 is about $267 a month, while weekly would be closer to $500. Second, if your parent's needs are mostly the bathroom and floors, say so. A focused list makes each visit count, even in a small home.
