A standard clean starts at $170 for a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom home in Port Coquitlam. A 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is $235 for a standard clean, $380 for a deep clean and $425 for a move-out clean, before GST. That includes the $45 travel charge.
